Yacht Expedition Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your sailing expedition with us. By making a reservation and participating in the sailing expedition, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment:

  • Check-in time is from 2 pm; check-out is before 12 nn.
  • Reservations must be made in advance through our designated booking channels.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • We ask for a 30% deposit in order to secure your booking. The Remaining 70% is due 60 days before embarkation.
  • This payment can be made via bank transfer. All bank fees and currency exchange should be care of the client.
  • We accept payment via approved methods below:

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • In case of cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the charter, the 30% deposit will be forfeited.
  • In case of cancellation 59 days or less but more than 30 days before the start of the charter, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • In case of cancellation 29 days but more than 7 days before the start of the charter, a 30% refund will be issued.
  • In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the start of the charter, no refund will be issued.
  • In the event of a delay or cancellation due to force majeure, all payments made for the charter will be used as credit towards a future rental. If the renter does not wish to avail the credit, a 50% refund will be issued.

Safety and Conduct:

  • The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. Guests must comply with all safety instructions provided by the crew.
  • Guests are required to wear appropriate safety gear such as life jackets when instructed by the crew or when deemed necessary.
  • Any conduct that may endanger the safety or well-being of oneself, other guests, or the crew will not be tolerated.
  • For your own safety and comfort, we limit groups to four passengers maximum
  • Strictly no smoking onboard
  • Children should be ten years old or above to join.
  • No pets allowed
  • No night sailing

Health and Medical Conditions:

  • Guests with existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions must inform us at the time of booking.
  • It is the responsibility of guests to ensure that they are fit to participate in the sailing expedition. We reserve the right to refuse passage to guests who, in our opinion, are unfit to travel.

Liability:

  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests and their belongings, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the sailing expedition.
  • Guests are advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Alcohol and Drugs:

  • The consumption of alcohol is permitted onboard in moderation, provided that it does not interfere with the safety of the vessel or the comfort of other guests.
  • The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited onboard. Any guest found in possession of or under the influence of illegal drugs will be disembarked immediately.

Environmental Responsibility:

  • Guests are expected to respect the marine environment and adhere to all applicable environmental regulations.
  • Littering, dumping waste overboard, or any other activity that may harm the marine ecosystem is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Itinerary:

  • The itinerary provided is subject to change at the discretion of the captain based on weather conditions, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Compliance with Laws:

  • Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which the sailing expedition takes place.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where the sailing expedition takes place.

Acceptance of Terms:

  • By booking a sailing expedition with us, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of guests to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
